Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy explains how MDW Production (box.modwarmproduct.tech, the “Service”) processes personal data. The controller is the MDW Production administration. Contact: support@modwarmproduct.tech.

2. Data we process

• your mailbox address on modwarmproduct.tech;
• incoming emails sent to that mailbox — only to show them to the mailbox owner;
• security logs: IP address, sign-in and password-change times, browser type;
• cookies and browser local storage (section 7).

Mailbox passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes. No analytics, ads or third-party trackers.

3. Purposes

Providing access to your mailbox, protecting the Service against break-ins and abuse, and complying with the law.

4. Retention

Emails in issued mailboxes are kept up to 60 days (others up to 7 days) and then deleted automatically; security logs up to 8 weeks; a mailbox and its data are deleted on request.

5. Where data is stored

The web interface runs on a server in Russia (Moscow). The mail server that receives and stores emails is located in Germany (EU).

6. Sharing

We do not sell or share your data, except where required by law. Hosting providers only operate the servers.

7. Cookies and local storage

• __Host-mw — encrypted sign-in session; until the browser closes, or 30 days with “Keep me signed in”;
• __Host-mwl — sign-in form protection, 30 minutes;
• mw_recent — mailbox addresses you signed in to on this device (no passwords), 1 year; remove them with × on the sign-in page;
• lang — your language, 1 year;
• local storage — whether you dismissed the cookie notice.

Fonts and all other files are served from our own server.

8. Security

TLS encryption, hashed passwords, limited sign-in attempts, and emails shown in an isolated frame (no scripts, no remote images unless you allow them).

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent: support@modwarmproduct.tech.

We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page.
